In order to build momentum towards the end of the year and hit targets, the client needed help with series of events to support the London team. A great deal of activity was required within short timescales, meaning external resources were needed to make them happen.
The first challenge was participating in a major exhibition within the month.
The next project was to introduce a new stakeholder event, to explain the coming year’s strategic planning and funding priorities and for delegates to better understand the implications for operational delivery.
Finally, an event had been planned with a sector skills council and they needed help to market the event.
14 years experience in the international exhibitions and events market made the exhibition project a breeze. We booked, planned, set up and managed the event in under a month; developing a visual theme; creating a flyer for the event and post show mailings, sourcing testimonials and imagery through employer consultation, writing copy and creating a digital presentation, incorporating viral footage featuring Marco Pierre White.
We handed over to the client team on site with a stand management brief.
For the stakeholder event, we helped NAS to position and communicate the event in an appealing way, to maximise uptake, whilst providing a comprehensive event management and marketing service.
Pre-event email and telemarketing activity enabled us to hit delegate targets.
Finally, for the skills event we developed a focused event proposition and used direct marketing, including inbound and outbound telemarketing to drive registrations and convert them to attendees.
“My experiences are all extremely positive. Even when tasked with the almost impossible deadlines, they never failed to deliver.
The team manages projects with the utmost attention to detail and high service levels and crucially, they are thoroughly reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”
